Dr K N Modi University – Newai a non-profit institution, has been established, by Act No. 8 of 2010 passed by the Government of Rajasthan & recognized by UGC under section 2(F) of UGC Act, 1956. The University is a result of a powerful vision to create a leading centre of learning in the region. It’s a dream that is being brought into realization by immaculate planning and dynamic execution. Already, two Academic Blocks and a Students’ Hostel have been completed. This is enabling us to offer admissions to various courses related to the Faculty of Science, Engineering & Technology, as well as Faculty of Management & Business Studies etc.
Dr K N Modi University – Newai is located at RIICO Industrial Area Ph-II, Newai, Rajasthan. The unique feature of our University is, even a student, soon after completing his 10th standard can directly enrole in the University for Various Diploma Programs in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, and Electrical Engineering etc. The specific advantage of the above diploma program is that, any student who is completing the Diploma Program in our University can pursue further for degree programs by seeking direct admission to the second year of our regular engineering degree programs under lateral entry scheme.
However if any Dr K N Modi University – Newai student want to pursue for any job, he can directly switch over to the industry sector even after successful completion of our diploma program. The Sprawling 42 Acre Dr K N Modi University – Newai Campus has been conceived as an international standard facility, beginning with its impressive environment friendly profile. It has been specially designed for local climate conditions. An intelligent building starts with an environmentally friendly design. Keeping this in mind we created a project that is environmentally friendly and energy efficient. Intelligent buildings are designed for long term sustainability and minimal environmental impact through the selection of recycled and recyclable materials, construction, maintenance and operations procedures. Eco friendly fly ash bricks have been used to boost thermal insulation and cut energy requirements.
Providing the ability to integrate Dr K N Modi University – Newai building controls, optimize operations, and enterprise level management results in a significant enhancement in energy efficiency, lowering both cost and energy usage compared to non-intelligent projects. Intelligent buildings are intended to be the preferred environment for occupants. An intelligent design finds the balance, providing a superior indoor environment and minimizing energy usage and operating labor. This is, where the technology becomes valuable.
