I called eos cca last week(2/22/15) to pay off da charge that was on my report that i knew nothing about for 227. 00 i made the full payment of 227. 00 and i look at my report today and there was a 27. 00 this is how these kinda companies rope people in interest rate charges and late fees by not doing their jobs.

I'm dealing with the exact same situation,paid 200. 00 0f 227. 00 to them. The eos cca girl taking my payment said she would write off the 27. 00 i see the 200. 00 came off my credit report but the 27. 00 remains. Now eos cca can not even find my account at all. These people will lie to your face to get you to pay whatever. When talking with them record the conversation they do it to you so , i even have a confirmation number and the person i spoke with wouldn't even hear that so i finally just had to hang up on her.
