Last week Tuesday the box stopped working, it stopped giving us light we cannot cook we can not do anything. Good day

On eight June 2017 our electricity tripped. We contacted Eskom and the next day they came and fixed the problem at the pole. On seven July the electricity tripped again and we tried to contact Eskom. SMS was sent and electricity was restored evening of nine July2017. Last night 01 August 2017 the electricity tripped yet again. SMS was sent. Phone the call centre at 15h00 today (02aug) and no registration of the SMS could be found. six Hours from now will the electrician come out to repair. Another night without electricity. There is a problem at the pole. This started happening last year July 2016. Whether winter or summer, the electricity trips at the Pole (04D03)

Please I plead with Eskom to get to the bottom of the problem. There are eight households affected by this problem. I really hope that someone at Eskom will rise to the occasion and do something for a fellow human. Thank you in advance.

I've had no power since Saturday the 25-Jul at 14H00, sent SMS and called, but still nothing has been resolved. The call centre informed me this morning that my reference number (150008839) is closed and yet I still do not have electricity. Apparently there are no Technicians and yet there were technicians that were dispatched yesterday and I was told they are waiting for resources. It'll be 72 hours without power, I guess not all of us are afforded the decency of being informed as to what the exact problem is. Maybe I should move to one of the houses in Nkandla since they are not affected by these problems that we ordinary people are experiencing.

Eskom issues a 2nd fine in six months of R30000. 00 each for tampering of links on Eskom point inside the property. No evidence can be given and service is suspended without notice. This seems like Eskom employees are involved in this practice and needs to be investigated as a matter of urgency. My mother had a problem with her meter box she called in 4 times and she still have her ref as and no body come to fix it one day we header a sound and in a box and saw a smoke coming out and it tripe and because we didn't get any help from eskom we hired someone to fix it while we are still waiting for them after a year they decided to come and they checked the meter box and they said wiring it's not in order and my mom must pay R6000 to me that is a day light robbery after not responding 4 times so please help cause I'm not happy if she pays this amount we want to warnings cause it is clear these someone who didn't do their job and can I get respond please.

Would like to know why the time schedules for load shedding do not change from time to time we are in group 16 for load shedding our power always down at night from 20H00 to 22H00, other group's power will be off for example from 10h00 to 12h00 in the morning when most people are at work so they are not inconvenienced as much as we are. Honestly think the time schedules should be randomly switched. Please have a look at this it is real frustrating to have load shedding always at the same time especially over weekend and at night when kids are busy with projects for university and school. If in the morning we can live with it as you are not sitting in the dark we just ask that load shedding time shedules are randomly switched between different groups.

I am utterly disgusted with Eskom as a whole. Not only was my power cut after I had paid the account, the team that arrived were rude, disrespectful and used bullying tactics. They lied in order to gain access onto my property and threatened my son. They need to work on their customer relations. To make matters worse I believe only 16% of township dwellers pay. No wonder, they need to bully middle class citizens, who else will keep their wallets fat. They are completely incompetent and should seriously let some one who can do the job take over. So disgusted and disappointed at what has become of a once competent and reliable company. Get the original staff back, please I beg of you, before it is to late, I have photos of the the team that arrived at my house. Ready to name and shame.

I'm currently living in a flat, we are a month behind with our rent and for this reason the landlord has threatened to cut my power, however I'm using prepaid power. Today the landlord's handyman opened the power supply box and cut the power, my qeurie is if this is even legal as he's not frm eskom or the muncipality. I was not happy with this and threatened him with the police and he switched it back on, but said he'll be back tomorrow, what are my rights concerning this matter

Account no 9364100878, on the month of September 2014 I was billed 2093. 90 of which I found it impossible staying with only two children who leave the house at 6:30am until 15:30pm far more different from the actual readings. Now my electricity is cutoff cause of the outstanding balance that the Eskom say i owe it. I was not receiving the statements, but paying something on monthly basis except the month September I do not know how it sleepered my mind that month, but cause I know that my consumption is normally not more than R200. 00 I was estimating around that amount. We have no lights for four days now and when we call customer care they says us that they will send someone out. The last technician from Eskom did come out at 15h30 today, and told us that he is not qualified to fix the problem. He said that another technician will come out in an hours time. Now it is 18h54 and there still no technician or power. Eskom come on what happening. Your services are pathetic. We have about 150 families relying on the mercy of your services. Hello,

Guys i have a srius problem most of people in sand Fontaine they do not have electricity because they have stolend their cables an when they go to mogwase eskom near rustenberg they told them that they do not have some cable, but when you say you will pay them they come and do their jobs and now most of people they do not have money and they told them that they are out off stoke. Can you please help us and tell them to fixt those cable we do not have money and we do not light we just using paraffin. Thanks.
