Excel College of Higher Education started in Sep 1998 by Dr. Arun Mishra, provided quality tuitions to Engineering Students. Within a year hundreds of students enrolled with us and got benefited. We provided proper guidance. We made students work hard. And results were extremely good. In year 1999 we started Management Programs and joined with Indian and American Universities. We provide admission counselling, tuition, guidance. We help candidates in their research and report preparation.
Dr. Arun Mishra is founder and president of Excel College of Higher Education. An engineering management graduate from BITS, Pilani, Dr. Arun Mishra is educationist. With more than 20 years of experience in teaching profession at different levels in reputed engineering colleges like St. Xavier's technical institute, D Y Patil College, Nerul, Pillai college, IGNOU, LT college and AICT Nerul, Navi Mumbai. With his vast experience, he started Excel College of Higher Education in September 1998. Dr. Mishra is scholar and has completed his schooling through Govt. of India merit scholarship from nation's reputed school Birla Vidya Mandir, Nainital.
Dr. Mishra excellent performance was appreciated and the scholarship was continued during his graduation and post graduation at BITS, Pilani, one of the most reputed Engineering College in India . He was sponsored by St. Xavier's Technical Institute for his M.S. (Software Systems) and M.B.A. (Marketing) programmes. The overall appreciation of his management knowledge and skills motivated him for research in management.
Alagappa University was brought into existence by a special Act of the Government of Tamil Nadu in May 1985 with the objective of fostering research, development and dissemination of knowledge in various branches of learning. Alagappa University, hitherto of unitary type has been converted into an affiliating type, by the Tamil Nadu Universities Act, 2002, with a view to widen the horizon of its academic activities by bringing into its jurisdiction, the Arts and Science colleges in the Districts of Ramanathapuram and Sivagangai. Further, as per this Act, the Government colleges in the above districts have become the constituent colleges of Alagappa University.
Objectives of Excel College of Higher Education is to provide quality education,develop soft skills and technical skills and to help students in their career planning.
