I refer to my Delayed Baggage reference number NGOAY13295 and your advice that I could make a claim up to €70. 00. I have gone through your procedures as required on 14th February and I have received a completed case no 1-4453831381? from your system, and I followed up my request for refund on 17th Feb, but to date I have not received any indication as to how you are going to refund me. It is bad enough to have to go through the stress of my baggage being delayed,, but then when you do not even reply to my follow up emails it really is a very poor service indeed. My expense incurred as a result of my delayed baggage is - JYen 4, 100. This is my 3rd email asking you this question. Please respond this time and let me know how you will reimburse me?Thank you John O Connor.
