I have now sent several emails without getting a response to my question. There is a problem accessing your website. For over a week now everytime i try on my laptop all i get is "access denied with this server" my wife has tried on her smart phone. I am in Thailand so i asked friends in England and they can not get access either. So what is the problem and why are you not doing anything about it?

I need help with the proceedings making an order, at LightinTheBox - Global Online Shopping service. When I make my order, two paintings, I can not choose any shipping service, therefore I can not make a payment, and there is no order reference number. It reads:"NO SHIPPING METHOD AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME". My order is two paintings, delivered to my address in Denmark.
