This Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology and Management – GGITM Bhopal was started in the year- 2007 with a clear vision to develop this Institute into a Centre of Excellence in Engineering & Management education in the country with Global standards. The Institute offers five undergraduate engineering programs leading to B-Tech Degree & one Post Graduate Program in Management (MBA). l for Engineering Program and Barakatullah University for MBA Program. The Institute is located on the main Raisen Road, outskirts of Bhopal City.

One can reach the institute easily through Public Transport. All the Classrooms of the Institute are highly advanced, Air Conditioned, well equipped DLPs and Latest Teaching Aids for the best Teaching and Learning Process. Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology and Management – GGITM Bhopal Library System consists of a Central Library which supports the teaching, research and extension programmes of the Institute. All students, faculty members and employees of the Institute are entitled to make use of the Library facilities. The Library is having a huge collection of books on engineering, science, humanities and Business administration.
Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology and Management – GGITM Bhopal Library uses Library Management software package that supports all in-house operations of the Library. The Library Management software package consists of modules on acquisition, cataloguing, circulation, serials, article indexing and OPAC. The Library Management software package has been successfully implemented. Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology and Management – GGITM Bhopal Library subscribes to 57 current journals. The Library has a rich collection of books on science and technology including chemistry, mathematics, physics, civil engineering, computer science, electrical and electronics engineering. Besides, Library also has a good collection in the areas of humanities and business administration.
The Central library is located in the main building of the Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology and Management – GGITM Bhopal . The Library has its entrance from the first floor and second floor. It has an area of 1500 square feet for circulation section of the library. More than 15,000 books are available in the circulation section for issue return process. It also has small section for usage of internet in the library. The reference section has its own entrance at the second floor which stacks books on engineering, management, Journals, Magazines and Faculty Publication. This section has an area of 750 square feet. The reading tables are provided along with journal and magazine rack.
The office of the Asst. Librarian is located on the second floor of the Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology and Management – GGITM Bhopal Library. Safe and Secured Hostel accommodation is arranged to boys & girls separately in the City surrounded by markets, book Sellers and Stationers. Special care shall be taken to maintain neat and clean messes serving food as per choice of students. Well-ventilated and spacious single seated and double-seated rooms are available depending on the requirements of students having attached WC bath facility. Fully air conditioned hostel facility can also be arranged for NRI.
