I am having trouble with my Hannspree 10. one tablet so I'm trying to call or email to talk over my options for repair. There are so many different telephone numbers that I'm sure which one to ring. No respond to e mails, so I am returning the tablet to you with the on going faults since it's return, keeps coming up with uid's inconsistent and on first system reset of tablet have lost e. Mail app and on second reset now tablet will not power up just displays hannspree logo. RgdsFred.

I have purchased recently a Hannspree HSG1316 Tablet. Not bad, but I have come across a couple of problems which I hope you can resolve. I created an email and saved it as a draft whilst I double checked some info. I then found that I could not send it even though I could look at it. What was I doing wrong?
How do I load pictures from say a memory stick into the tablet so that I can look at them even when I am not on line?.
