The mission of the college is to develop a positive, vibrant and healthy learning environment so that ideas can be converted in to constant never ending action towards the advancement of business and society. The vision of the Institute of Management Research and Technology - IMRT Lucknow is to create a centre of excellence empowering young minds to attain global competencies in management. IMRT will ultimately have 3 buildings (towers) each of 6 stories with a furnished area of 7000 square feet on each floor. The first building (tower- as seen in the picture) houses the reception, visitors lounge, administration, accounts, faculty, services and utilities plus the Conference Room. The Second tower, when operational in June 2009, will function as the 'Resource Centre' located at the heart of the Institute of Management Research and Technology - IMRT Lucknow . Based here is the Library, IT facilities and Class rooms. It would serve as the academic core of the campus, providing ample space for all academic activities under one roof.
All class rooms and labs are serviced, fully furnished and equipped with a cable connection, voice and data ports for telephone, campus LAN and the Internet. Extensive use of Information Technology facilitates access to information anywhere, anytime. Institute of Management Research and Technology - IMRT Lucknow lecture halls are air-conditioned and provided with modern audio-visual systems including OHP, LCD projectors and internet connection. Micro-phones on all student desks, integrated with the AV system allow easier communication. The classrooms are spacious and echo-proof to facilitate the teaching-learning process. Each lecture hall accommodates 60 students.

Video-conferencing facilities will enable placement services, online seminars and other educational/ business ventures.Institute students are encouraged to explore and use the Internet facility to enhance/exchange knowledge and information across the globe. The learning environment is user truly friendly and congenial to fulfill the institute‘s commitment of integrating IT with management studies.
