My friend was traveling flight 3k593 back to cambodia on 25/3. Upon arrival her bag was not there. I call up jetstar customer care 8008523632 on the same day and informed the incident to the staff Mr Zoe. He say will informed the trying department and will get back to me within 24 hour. Today 26/3 i call up to jetstar and make inqury about the above incident. This time a lady staff by the name of Kin is serving me. Again she say will call back to me and ask for my contact. I was very angry because i have just given my contact to Mr Zoe why she asking again?this show that he did not key into the computer call up jetstar on the same day i do not understand why they takes so long times to just look for the baggage. Is it they do not care at all or they are all sleeping?Please take note all these ground staffs are the one represent image of jetstar. If they do not do a good job and respond fast to customers need how you want us to have confident in your airline and to travel with jetstar again.

Hi, my parents flew from Melbourne (Tullamarine) to Tan Son Nhat Airport, Vietnam on 12/Feb/2016 on JQ007 12:10pm and transit in Singapore on 3K551 19:25pm on 12/Feb/2016 with Booking Ref. M9HQSS under NGUYEN (last name), BONG THI (First Name) and NGUYEN (last name), KIET VAN (First Name): One of their check-in baggage approx 25kg lost somewhere on the way and they received only one baggage on the arrival In stead of 2. The information of claimed lost baggage File Ref. : A/SGNJQ 12365 NGUYEN THI BONG. Until now, according to Vietnam feedback they told us this baggage is still in Singpore and are processing the paper work to send back to Tan Son Nhat airport on the earliest flight. But when we contacted them in Vietnam. They are keeping delay. Can you kindly check? How many days from claimed date, I can proceed the claimed lost baggage for compensation from your company? Today flight 3k247 to Surabaya from Singapore got cancelled. No alternative route till Surabaya was arranged asked for Jakarta tdy flight was full. I am stranded at Singapore airport with no option left. Now the service desk gave ticket to Jakarta and that too tomorrow. From Jakarta I have to make my own arrangement. Uncertain. Now i request that stay at Singapore should be arranged by airline as a Service to the customer. Now airline to make hotel stay arrangement as a special case Waiting at the airport with no hotel booking. So let jetstar arrange accommodation. Looking forward for immediate reply within an hour. Re : appeal refund air ticket for booking reference number Hyjtpz (Mr. Muhammad Shahrul Adli Nordin) traveling date and place departure date is 25th September 2014 (sin-sub) return date is 28th September 2014 (sub-sin).
Dear sir / madam,
I wish to appeal for a refund for the above stated reference number as i had accidentally overlooked that Mr Shahrul’s passport would expire in few days prior to the date of departure. I only realized this upon check-in on the 25th September 2014, when the officer in charge informed me.
Mr Shahrul, the passenger, tried to request for an extension on the day itself at the ICA Singapore. Unfortunately the request was rejected.
It was unfortunate that Mr Shahrul, being one of the students who were supposed to join us in the trip was not able to do so. I hope the explanation above may assist you to grant us the request for a refund.
