Did not receive the paper this morning - August 14, 2017.

3 calls today to your paper regarding no delivery. Was told it would be re-delivered - never was. If i wanted an on-line newspaper that's what I would subscribe to - and just giving me credit for no delivery on my subscription doesn't provide me a paper. This has happened before - no follow-up from LJS. If it happens again you can save your postage money notifying me of renewal.

We did not receive our newspaper on saturday morning. we called and was informed that it would be delivered to us. when it didn't get delivered by noon, we called back and they informed us that the problem was the carriers vehicle was the problem, however, our neighbors paper was delivered so ours should have been delivered too. they asked us if we would like us to have ours delivered and we said "yes" so expected to receive it in the afternoon. we have not gotten it yet at five p. m. so guess we will not be getting it. this is the second time we have not gotten ours. last time was may 20th. hope this does not continue.

I cannot believe you started taking $29. 03 out of my bank account for my seven day subscription without any notice. I believe you owe me a refund of $6. 93 for two months. We have enjoyed the paper for over 40 years and all four of our kids delivered the paper for more than ten years. This is the way you treat loyal subscribers?

My monthly subscription rate increased from $22.10n to $29.03 per month. I pay by electronic withdrawal from my banking account and I noticed the increase of charge on my bank statement. I did not receive notification of this increase for renewal of my subscription. The rate increase is 31.3%. It seems I should be getting a little more for this kind of an increase instead of more ads stuffed into the daily news. When I called to get an explanation it was stated that due to production costs the customer price for the paper was increased. Because you did not inform me in advance of this renewal increase and for giving no customer benefits for a 30% increase, I am sure you will be loosing customers. As a result how much more will you have to increase the amounts?
