RET, Chennai is a registered trust under the Tamil Nadu Registration Act with a clear and concrete motive of spreading the wealth of knowledge. As the trustees come from a family, which has struggled for the freedom of our motherland and has roots in serving the army to protect the interests and integrity of our mother nation, discipline and service mindedness is an integral part of this trust. All the reading rooms in our Library have been air-conditioned to provide a congenial atmosphere to users. With the generous contribution by the Management and the special interest taken by the Principal, the Library is being updated steadily and systematically on a regular basis. Kings College of Engineering – KCE Pudukkottai is well equipped in terms of the number of books, back volumes and current journals subscribed. Apart from catering to the needs of its faculty and students, the use and services of our College Library are extended to Private/Public Organizations upon being admitted as a member of our Library.

Every effort has been made to provide the best possible facilities for students who live on campus. The girls get a safe and secure environment with exclusive study halls, entertainment room and access to sports facilities and library. They are put under the direct vigil of our Principal a lady warden. Delicious and hygienic food is served in-house at the hostel campus. The boy’s hostel also offers similar facilities. Under the strict yet friendly vigil of our in-house warden they remain in safe hands. A cable television Facility is provided in every block of the hostel campus.
Cafeteria of Kings College of Engineering – KCE Pudukkottai with modern facilities is available within the campus and is open for staff, students and visitors. A brand new 12,000sq.ft canteen block has been built to tackle the increased demand due to increase in number of students and also to improve the seating comfort of the mess hall. The modern kitchen utilities available at the cafeteria help reduce the time taken to prepare each meal and also to serve it hot.
