I tried the manchine, but the mack-up you said will work for me do not, I requested medium to dark skin and the products I received was for another color woman, lighter thant me it make me look, like the face of a dead person way off on the color and trying to get it to blend in was as mess because it was not the correct color, thanks for nothing, I feel it was a waste of time and money.

Please do not send me any product refills. When I need supplies I will contact you and order them. I do not want a monthly or at any time additional cosmetic supplies. I do not use makeup everyday or every week. My supplies will last me a long time. To Whom It May Concern, dated July 14/16. I contacted your office 2x now concerning the cancellation of the makeup. I at this time do not need anymore, however, if I start getting low on makeup, I will contact your office to start sending me more, if this is possible. I really do not have a complaint, or maybe it is. I just got a package in the mail and when I ordered and received my machine and all the nice makeup with it. I DID NOT want any kits sent until I called and rejoined. Want to pay for the machine before I get anything and I do not use that much makeup so I do not need a kit sent until I order one. The makeup in the kit is well worth the price they charge. I have Walmart makeup by the truck loads because I have to mix them to get the right look and at 15. 00 each I have way more cost in that than Luminess Air. Please feel free to contact me.

No answer I am not placing any orders yet somehow my account is having money withdrawn from, unauthorized by me, every month. 43. 25 each time. I do not appreciate this note do I appreciate having to pay fees at my bank for ins funds in that account. I want you to STOP taking money out of my bank account without my permission. I have contacted my bank with my complaint and they will forward this to there fraud depth if you do not resolve this immediately.
