I keep getting emails from the Wimdu team and a certain Samuel Velho that I need to get in touch to arrange a new payment method. I assume this is a problem for Wimdu too, but I get the feeling my complaint is not taking seriously at all. Yesterday my account (2SEGCQLD)has been deleted suddenly. I do not know why. May be because of a reservation request I got +/- one month ago. The lady wanted to make a direct reservation with me and not via Wimdu. I answered her that this is impossible and I explained her why. Your booking hotline is a joke: never could I reach to a real person Even after I left a voice message, no reply has come so far2. Your "Help" section is of no use. I have written a few questions, yet received either automatic system respond or super-delay respond, which assisted me nothing in emergency. 3. I also tried to reach you on Wimdu facebook, and your response rate is consistent with those I mentioned above It is your lack of due diligence on verifying the host and property, along with your non-functioning assisting system, contributes to my suffering of financial lost. I demand compensation and will take legal action to protect my right, and if necessary, to sue your company.

Part 2/2: The hosts entitle those rooms "apartments, " therefore the only way a newcomer can distinguish such is by guessing that the title is misleading, although there is no way a newcomer can reasonably do such. As well, in the search results, you'll find "100% free cancellation for all advertisements" and yet this turns out not to be true either, which one can, again, assume to be the case so long as they're willing to assume that the quoted promise is in fact a falsehood. Even when the cancellation is made only a day after the booking, it doesn't matter, the promise is still false. I plan on pursuing legal action. Please, whatever you do, if you have problems with the his company, call their German headquarters immediately or pursue them legally, they cannot steal your money if you do not let them.

Part 1/2: This is an absolutely horrible company. Look at the mere phone number, not even provided on its site. There is no voice mail, English as a language option, nor an automated service so as to distinguish between the many possible problems and, what should necessarily follow, corresponding departments. Yet, the company claims to have 90 million dollars of capital. That aside, from their home page of any given country, you are only given the option to search rooms instead of flats, and then flats are featured in the results, mixed in with rooms, when in fact sometimes the flats are not flats, but mere rooms.
