Hello, I have a meep for my daughter who's ten and all the letters are backwards and we can not get them to go the right way, I have had problems with this thing since we have gotten it. I believe my daughter deserves another meep. And we can not get help from the store we got it from which is Walmart. I mean, I'm beginning to lose my patience with this meep I was even thinking of getting my younger daughter a meep, but now, I'm really not so sure Can somebody help And that includes the parent portal. You guys make it hard for both kids and parents. And, not to mention I'm blind and so that's even more difficult. This is an android tablet and you guys should think, about putting accessibility features on your tablets. Please, help, or send another meep because I will not, keep spending money on a tablet that we can not fix on our own Thank you.

The local target policy statement is very strict with electronic devices purchase. The local target could not possible work with me. Under no circumstances. Now i am stuck out of. I bought two meeps tablet for my two kids. Age range from 5yrs to 8yrs old. I say not a year went by and both are mess up with malfunction problems to the power button. That is stuck on my daughter meep and this was her second one because the first mess up and I took it back to the store. My son computer comes on, but the screen is in black, red, green and so on. You can not even see any of the icons. I am going to try and talk to someone in customer service about this issue, but meep should be off the shelves in the stores. Yes, when they did work, they work for a while. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy a meep. The company needs to test this product before they try and sell it.
