It is May 21 and at about 7:15 AM I returned in Alamo car and left a black raincoat in it. Within three to five minutes I turned around to get it in the car was empty. This $60 coat wasn't working. I know it was my fault, but it is ridiculous that someone stole in that short of a timeframe. This was that Minneapolis St. Paul airport. I've had this happen with other rental companies in other airports and if you immediately went back you recovered your item. It really bothers me that I was not going to recover from your rental area 561-309-4049.

Hello there, my name is Tiffany Grundy and I flew out of Minneapolis on the 27 of July. Myself and my colleagues were in town for the Honor Guard Ceremoney in the brutal murder of a Corrections Officer from Still Water State Prison. Upon boarding the plane I lost my black hooded sweatshirt that was in honor of another fallen officer Sgt. Baserman. I would not be a large deal to me, but it was a special item due to the signifigance from the officer killed in the line of duty. I would greatly appreciate a call or email back. I have a small complaint. I take the 54 bus at the airport and I want to report the huge amount of flies at the bus stop. They seemed to be in the trees and the bark ground cover. I have never seen so many flies in one area and they were all over us as we waited for the bus; I had one crawling on me after I boarded the bus. Could you please remove them?
