Estoy muy descontento con Movistar. Recibi un e-mailde usted el jueves eight de junio con respecto a mis facturas de marzo, abril y mayo, en las cuales usted dijo que me contactaria de nuevo dentro de 48 horas. Todavia estoy esperando una respuesta. Tome su paquete de 50mg de fusion en febrero a una tasa de 41, 33 + IVA = 50 euros al mes. Mi primera factura del 25 febrero al 17 marzo fue parte de un mes por lo que es dificil ver lo que la tasa basica cobrada. La segunda factura del 18 de marzo al 17 abril se factura a una tasa basica de 43, 05 y la tercera factura del 18 de abril al 17 de mayo se facturo a una tasa basica de 45, 45 euros. Puede explicar por que sube cada mes y no se le cobra al tipo acordado cuando hice el contrato en febrero. No he tenido ninguna notificacion de un aumento e incluso si desea aumentarlos cargos seguramente debe permanecer con el precio acordado por lo menos unos meses antes de cualquier aumento se cobran?.

Hello. I have a problem with a connection, I am getting internet to my house and all, but one computers are working. But the is one computer that is not, and I think it is the connection to it, that has the problem. As have fiber optic and do not want to touch it myself. I also have three phones with you on contracte, and I can mot get anyone in your company that I can speak to in English, all your call centers reply in Spanish and my Spanish is not quite good enough to understand it, as it speaks very quickly. Please can you get back to me as soon as you can. Regards
