I have been trying to reach nexbook by phone for about four days, I am so frustrated. I have a Tablet that I purchased just this past July, and it will not type in certain letters will not install some things, and will not let me go to settings sometimes, oror willlnto let me do areset. I have tried doing a hard reset, and I can not get throught whole precess because mainly it won't let me type in certain letters I need.

I have just purchased a Nextbook Ares 8A from Walmart today (Friday September 7, 2018) and cannot get it to work. It is at a screen with connect, boot manager, device management, boot from file, secure boot option and SCU. The connect is constantly flashing and I cannot turn off the tablet. When I try to, a popup says Android book failed and when I press the power button again, this popup says Default boot device or boot failed. Insert recovery media and hit any key. Then select 'Boot Manager' to choose a new boot device or to boot recovery media. I am unable to turn the tablet off. Also when I plug it in, it doesn't stay charging. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Lost my pass word. I tried simple restore PW, but sIt took me to COMAND PROMPT. States I need to be signed in as an adminastrator to use repair and restore tools. Also says I can sign into windows to restore my account. I do not know how to do those things. Please help me Thank you, Daryl Davis .

I purchased my nextbook 02/27/15 for my son birthday gift. he cracked the face of it. i went on-line to register the tablet. my complaint is i registered the product 03/01/15. my problem is my son dropped the tablet an the face cracked. i'm don't have the receipt because he threw away the receipt and the box that it came in. i'm needing to see how do i go about getting it fixed and much you charge will be to replace the face with it being under warranty. can someone call me at (832) 848 - 7209.

I purchased a Nextbook eight Android Tablet from Walmart on February, three, 2015 and I've been having complications with it every since. I $100. 00 tax for this device and it's a piece of crap. It won't stay on it punches the screen on its on and it'll say complete charge, but still will not stay on. So I pulled out my receipt to Make sure I still had it and the cashier rung me up for the two year insurance plan, but took it off some kind of way. How do I go about getting my device repaired or returned bc that's not my mistake it's Walmart's.

I bought a Nextbook at Walmart on Dec. 19, 2014And it's not working right now, But we try the online instruction to reset, it shows Preparing Automatic Repair, after this it shows diagnosing the PC, And it goes back to Preparing Automatic Repair again, and repeat the process over and over again, I went to Walmart, but they do not receipt to return, because their return policy for electronic devices is in 15 days, so I need information to repair my Next book, can you give me a official address to return to Efun company, ex. Whats the point of giving a number that nobody never answer. one hr waiting and nothing, this is the worst product and wost customer servicenot even two months since i bought this crap and do not turn on, dot hold the chargue and the customer service(in you want to call that customer service)never answer. Don't buy that tablet, do not worth it.
