I have made multiple attempts to speak to someone about my account and have been unsuccessful in getting through to anyone that can offer me assistance. It is unbelievable to me that a bank can function without allowing its customers the option of speaking to a representative I have entered the numbers that the prompts ask for and have still not been able to get through. There is also no option for speaking to a PERSON. Why? This is supposed to be a financial institution. Ridiculous.
