visa card i used 4179, now they asking me to pay 3395 and 4568. 16. This i cant pay all ready i had been paid 4000 extra
am using this card since 2015, this is my bad experience , iam expecting you would be reverse this additional charges

I am an NBAD personal banking customer. My contact number is +971559451095. Today (09. 08. 2016) I tried to visit NBAD branch at Etihad Headquarters at 10. 15 am for some banking purposes. But the receptionist stopped me and behaved with me very badly. He told me that this branch is only for Etihad staffs. No other customer can visit here. I showed my ID and told him that I work for Abu Dhabi Airport Company and this is my nearest branch etc. But no use of it. I become upset and left the site. Is it true that this branch is only for Etihad staffs? Then update online that this branch can not be used by others other than Etihad staffs. Thank you.

Recently I have an account with your bank. I have applied loan amount for 334000, after buyout I received 174000AED from NBAD bank. I requested Mr. Prashant (Sales Executive) for EMI to pay every first week which starts after disbursement and first installment was taken before loan disbursement I have lost around AED 152. 04 due to late payment. Why I need to pay for late payment. The delay is from NBAD, because they have to issue check within ten days to other bank. So the delay is from NBAD and not from myself. I received ADIB liability and it's given to Mr. Prashant (NBAD) representative for preparing cheque. Unfortunately NBAD not issued cheque within ten days. So ADIB liability got expired. There is an amount of Dhs. 24, 000 freezed in my account to close my credit card ending with 1220 on 30th Sept 2015 during the process of personal loan. An amount Dhs. 21, 000 was recovered on 04th Oct 2015 after my loan was issued. The freezed amount was not released till date and i was not aware about it. My cheque for house rent was bounced today due to non availablity of funds. When i approached the Coustomer care they are informing that there is an amount (Dhs. 24, 000) freezed in my account and the reason is for cancellation of my credit cards which are issued at later date in November 2015. I did not ask for any cancellation of my cards. The bank personel did not inform me that they would freeze the amount if any loan is taken on credit cards. I do not think any bank would freeze any amount for credit card loans. Hence i want to know the correct details to whom i have to contact in the bank. I have registered a complaint through online banking and reference number is 1602092789.

My account No. 180016723ON 19th Dec 2015 I used the ATM machine No. 7709 at Salam Street Branch at 20. 45 hours for depositing amount in my savings banck account. I inserted the cash, but the machine rejected and I took cash back. I again tried, but the machine rejected, but the cash did not come and got struck inside and I could hear the sound of counting inside. Amount was not credited to my account and also there was no error slip. I immediately called the call center and registered the complaint. The complaint number is 1512192823. It clearly states that the loan is for 48 months, however once it was approved and the money paid out to me the bank informed me that my monthly installments would be AED7, 098. I’ve approached the bank and filed a complaint, but they refuse to change the loan to four years. I have already approached another bank and they are willing to take over my account as well as the personal loan over four years.

I have asked the bank to let me know which activities did not conform and I had no reply. In NBAD account closure letter I was offered to nominate a foreign currency (non-AED) account so that the bank could convert and transfer my money. I received an email telling me this can not be done. I was told such large amount may not be accommodated through online requests, while the bank could easily break it down to four small transfers.
