To whom it may concern, since the Lockdown started, I have tried to establish whether or not the Constantia Branch, Cape Town would operate at any time. After many attempts, there was no response to the Telephone call. The Constantia Center had no information about the times. Eventually the call was answered by the Nedbank Call Center. They had no idea, whether the Branch would be operating, nor where Constantia was? The same applied to Hout Bay Branch. On enquiring as to what Branches would be open in Our Areas, I was given everything, but, the Southern Suburbs, Today I phoned the Constantia Number, only to be answered by the Call Center, who once again, had no information at all. What on earth is the point? Very poor service indeed. I do not have online service. I am a Pensioner. Do I not Matter to Nedbank.

I have a Nedbank FCA account, I can not see my balance and complaint about this several times, but NOTHING gets done. The steps I was given to follow to set-up the app do not work and I have been saying that a million times. No-one helps. If this is not sorted by the end of today - Nedbank will be just a memory. I will just take my money and go do banking elsewhere because this is out of this world KAK service.

Yesterday at around 8am I went to withdraw money I was scammed R1500 at the ATM and what called your block card division where I spoke to a guy named Collen who told me I needed to go to nearest Nedbank Brnch to sign a form no reference number was given or anything like that a few minutes later I realised that the card was being used continuously until there was insufficient funds. I have requested NATIS papers from Nedbank on THURSDAY, ten AUGUST 2017, regarding VITO CREW BUS that was bought in 2006 and paid up in 2011. Nedbank financed the car. When I called Nedbank yesterday (14 AUGUST 2017)to follow up they told me they have no record of my car on their system. I urgently need these papers as I am in process of selling the car. LICENSING office refuse to give me duplicate NATIS papers as the owner is Nedbank. We urgently need NATIS papers. Can NEDANK URGENTLY apply for NATIS PAPERS from licensing office so we can sell the car.

I was a victim of card fraud on the 30th of November. I called the customer care immediately and was given reference number ncc 71609500 y. The next day one December i went to Kempton park plaza branch and reported the matter and was given a bank statement showing amounts withdrawn and i wrote another statement in the bank, clearly stating that my card was retained in the machine and my money was withdrawn somewhere. I was told the bank would get back to me in two weeks and up to now i do not know how the investigations are going. My account number is 1084335640 and the card where the fraudulent transactions took place is master card maestro number 5898460910010552. I do not know how i can get help now.
