I am having a problem with my neighbor, they have a drainage problem. This is causing the drainage into my yard and surrounding yards. My land is getting wet and I am not able to cut my lawn. I also need to get a drainage pipe and survey, because of this problem. They have admitted they need a drainage pipe and this could have solved my problem, but they refuse. Was contacted by Nolo rep (Patrick) to re-sign up at his promises that our experience would be different and leads would be better than during our last contract. We did and experienced the same problems we did previously. Leads were false, leads were taken by other firms within less than 3-5 minutes of receiving them. The amount of "fake" leads with bad emails and phone numbers were voluminous and nu-refundable in their criteria for a refund. Then after emailing the same rep to cancel our contract and speaking to another rep (Janice) - they charged us again the monthly fee. Now trying to get someone on the phone is nearly impossible.
