The Peoples College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre-Bhopal was permitted to start the M.D.S. courses in seven specialties of Prosthodontics, Orthodontia, Periodontia, Oral Medicine & Radiology, Community Dentistry, Oral Surgery and Conservative Dentistry by Govt. of India from 2008-09 . The permission is renewed for 2009-10 .Permitted to start the MDS courses in additional two specialties i.e. Pedodontia and Oral Pathology by Govt. of India from 2009-10
The Peoples College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre-Bhopal was established in the year 2002 and covers total land area of 6.62 acres. Total built up area of 324381.72. sq. ft. which include211627.68 sq. ft. of academic building. The Peoples College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre-Bhopal campus has three hostels i.e. girls, boys, NRI hostels total built up area is 68627.28 sq. ft. facilities of staff quarters i.e. HIG / MIG / LIG flats is also available for the college staff it has total built up area of 44126.76 sq.ft. The Peoples College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre-Bhopal is ISO 9001 certified having lush green environment.

Library of Peoples College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre-Bhopal is is located on the first floor of Block “B”. It is well ventilated and has total area of 8500 Sq.ft. There are 4546 books. 55 International journals and 20 Indian journals are subscribed each year. Internet facilities with ten terminals are provided. Separate stack areas are earmarked for book racks journal racks, and storing personal belongings. Digital library is accessible through net work in all the departments. Facilities for both indoor and outdoor games are provided within the Peoples College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre-Bhopal. Gym facilities are available in both the hostels.
The boys hostel in Peoples College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre-Bhopal is a multistoried ( G+3) building and has got 36 double seated rooms with attached bath room and can accommodate 72 boy students. Kitchen and dining facilities and proper security is provided by Peoples College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre-Bhopal. Gym facility and recreation facilities also provided within the hostel. The girls hostel is also multistoried building and has got 92 double seated rooms with attached bath room and can accommodate 184 girls students. The faculty of Peoples College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre-Bhopal consists of senior and experienced professors, Associated Professors, Readers, Sr. Lectures and lecturers Dental specialties, and Medical subjects. Competitions in various events of fields of sports, games, arts, cultural, and literary are held every year at the time of annual day celebrations. Inter college competitions are also conducted from time to time among the institutions of People’s group.
