I gave my Samsung S4 mobile to service centre falasteen jeddah on 5th of February 2015 with complain that become very hot and discharge very quickly.and don't charge or if charge very slowly while mobile is on but charge normally when mobile is switched off. i checked with new original battery but the problem is same so i told them not to change the battery i checked with new battery , They received my phone and told me that our tech. will call you then narrate him in detail but 3 day passed no one call and in-spite of that i received a message in Arabic which say it has been cancelled . I went over there then they showed me paper which has been stamped with rejected because the said tech called you but u did not respond but the fact is no one called me and i have been told that you have to pay 254 SR then it will be OK with guarantee , i agreed. next day on 10th feb i recd a nwssage that it has been fixed.On reaching there on 11th of February Wednesday after paying 252SR the handed my mobile.

I handed mobile for service that was brand new on 5th speakers did not work. After calling on 17, i got arabic message that i couldnt understand. Anyhow I came to know that spareparts will come on 20. Till date i get no information. Is this Samsung maintenance? Careless and irresponsible? It costs more than ten riyals each time i talk to customer care. Takes long time to pick up phone untill cassette bleeps all time wasting my valuable time and money. Since my galaxy SII is under warranty period( speakers did not work from the start)and it is a manufacturing defect, I want a replacement of the piece instantly. I cannot wait so long or else I will lodge legal complaint under customer harrassment and fraud.
