Sree Narayana Guru College – SNGC Coimbatore with a view of imparting quality education for the aspiring youth of Coimbatore, Sree Narayana Guru Educational Trust members came forward with a plan to start a college for Applied Sciences and Management Studies. Sree Narayana Guru College – SNGC Coimbatore came into existence in 1994.
Sree Narayana Guru College – SNGC Coimbatore has successfully crossed a milestone by completing 15 years of sincere service in the field of education. The college has now grown into a full-fledged research institution with eleven departments imparting knowledge and honing the skills of our students. The SNGC library is well stocked and well staffed and above all is constantly updated by additions. To meet the needs of teachers and keep abreast of the developments and research referencing, the Library has developed a well balanced collection over the years in the areas of Computer Science, Management Science, Commerce and Business, Social Work, Bio Sciences, Communication and Languages along with a considerable number of general books.

The Department of Computer Science is having excellent lab facilities with all necessary equipments that allow the students to gain a sound practical knowledge & live experience.
