In order to discuss various educational issues in a frank, open and constructive manner, BPS College of Education – Sonipat constituted a discussion forum comprising all faculty members. Recently on 5th May of 2009 Mrs. Varuna Dahiya, Lecturer gave her presentation on topic “Status of Disability in India.” The discussion was very interesting, informative and interactive.
At BPS College of Education – Sonipat RUBRU Cultural Eve--Rubru--was organized on 8th January, 2009 to welcome the visiting UGC team experts for XIth Five Year Plan. B.P.S.M.V. Youth Festival, 2009 Trainee Teachers of the College of Education bagged two 1st positions, six 2nd positions, and six 3rd positions and one consolation prize in the Cultural Fest 2009 organized by B.P.S. Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Khanpur Kalan and brought laurel to the institution.
Oath For Vote Programme On 5th of May, 2009 “Oath For Vote” programme was organized in the auditorium of the college in collaboration with Dainik Bhaskar to awaken the trainee teachers about the significance of voting, their constitutional rights and obligations. Dr. Pankaj Mittal, Vice-Chancellor, BPS Mahila Vishwavidyalaya presided over the function.
