The watch was shown to dealer, je after keeping it for month says the watch is ok, but from no angle the watch can b said ok. Please look into my matter.
I purchased a very nice Tommy Hilfiger duffel bag and my son got to use twice before the zipper pull came completely apart and off in his hand. He had not overstuffed the duffle in any way and this was very disappointing and he is unable to use the bag now.
During my visit to LosAngeles I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger reversible belt (Mens) and when I returned to India I found there is a manufactured defect in the belt and the buckle of the belt has come out and I have not used it even once so please suggest how do I get it replaced in India. Regards.

This is my third email regarding a jacket I bought from your shop in May. So far every single email has been ignored! I am wondering why you do not reply? Does Hilfinger provide any customer service at all?
I bought a jacket and after just the first wash (according to the washing instructions) all the down filling collapsed and clumped up. The jacket is no longer wearable and I am very disappointed with the quality of your product. I didn't think that Hilfinger would sell such poor quality. Could you please contact me to find out how to resolve the problem?
