Was over charged 150 Dollars today at hibbets in greeneville. Are you kidding me? None of discounts were applied to my clearance items. Person who took care of me at register was same person I asked about how clearance items were discounted. Knew total wasn't right didn't have time to go back thru items there were several. So had, to take them home and figure it out. Now instead of starting my vacation tomorrow I will have to go to hibbets and straighten it out. Grrrr.

I was in the Milan, TN store. I was looking for a manger I was told she was in the back like always on her phone and could not be bothered. Another time I overheard Christina the manager talking about her sex life to an other employee in that same trip I heard her talking to a young man of mixed race saying how black and white people should not be together that it was wrong and against the bible. Is this the kind of employees you hire. Prejudice, religious fanatics with nothing to do, but play on their phone? What kind of business are you running? I am very disgusted and outraged at the people like Christina that you have representing your company. I will NEVER shop there again. I am thinking about telling my story to the media. People have a right to know where they are really shopping at and what kind of people you have working for you.

Good Morning, This is not a complaint, but a compliment to one of your staff, Danielle at the Independence, Kansas Store. I have only been in the store three times and have received satisfactory service. However, Danielle's courteous technique made me feel when I need sports attire, this store would be my first choice. She helped me find what I needed without hovering or following me. She gave space suggesting ideas, but not "pushing" me into a sale. Even though I did not mention my budget directly, she picked up on my price limit and offered suggestions. She gave me time to think. What a pleasant experience I had in shopping at Hibbett's Sports. Thank you for training employees what great customer service means in their profession and how to show respect to customers.

In November, 2014 i asked a salesman at hibbett sports for shoes for over pronation and flat feet and he suggested and sold me brooks glycerin for $160. 00. the shoes were not what i expected so i went in the store a few days ago and looked at a paper and the shoes are for high arch and under pronation. the district manager refuses a refund because i do not have a receipt.

I applied for a job as sales associate at Sports Editionsstore number 1227 Meridian, MS. I was not hired at that location. About a week later I saw a help wanted sign on the window ofHibbett Sports in the same mall, Bonita Lakes Mall, Meridian, MS. I inquired in that store and was told that I could not applyfor that job as I had already been interviewed for the job at Sports Editions and would have to wait 90 days to submit another application to work for Hibbett Sports. This policy seems to be unfair. I am a college student and need a job.

Hello, i am writing because i recently purchased a pair of shoes from your store in demopolis, alabama and the shoes was given to me mix matched. Once i paid them any attention i called the store and spoke with amber and she told me to bring them back and let her fix the problem after i explain to her that i did not have the ticket nor box and that he had wore them before. Still she told me to bring the problem will be fixed and once i gets to the store she looks at the bottom and says i cannot do anything about them because he has worn them and i stated word from word what she spoke over the phone. So i drove an hour and returned back home with the same problem which i am not happy about because i am a very supportive customer of each store.

I am writing because i bought shoes from the store in demopolis al and i was given mix match shoes and i called and to spoke with amber, but after driving an hour she tells me that is not anything that she can do but i was not told those words. Seemingly that it was not my fault that mix match shoes i would like that either i get the correct shoe or my money back. I went in to purchase the air Jordan's released 12/20/14 and was told if I wanted them that I would have to pay 400. 00 if I wanted them, this store has been price gauging for years and have a rigged drawing for shoes I know this because a employee told me. There ate select people that are guaranteed to get the latest shoes without any hesitation I have been shopping they're since 2006 and I will be taking my family business elsewhere I order for my flag football team from here, but no more this store is run like a den of thieves and they set their prices and pocket the money.

I just want to say the management you guys got going on at the hibbets at east town mall in Knoxville Tennessee is a joke. I waited four hours this morning for a ticket for the legend blues and then they cancel it. Then they said that they would be raffling it off at 12:00 p. M. Today and tomorrow. I came back at 2:00 p. M. and they said they were sold out of raffle tickets. I'm done with this store they did a lot of people wrong.

I called Hibbett customer service about an issue with a baseball bat. I was given Matt Mitchell's name as the person that could help me, but i have not been able to reach him by phone and he would not return my calls! this is my ten years old grandson's 2nd easton xl3 drop ten senior big barrel bat this year. The first i sent back to easton and was informed that they couldn't replace that particular bat. It dented and cracked. I bought there at Hibbetts in tupelo and after a week it has a large dent. The umpire made us take it out of the game due to the dent. Although i bought the bat a couple of months ago.
It is a 2013 model. I do not care what model he loves the drop ten xl3, but i cannot buy one after every two weeks. I do not know your policy on standing behind what you sell, but at least i think i could get a response.

I own and manage a small company with 17 employees, so I know from time to time we all make mistakes. I was in your Poteau store trying to buy a bat and I ask for a bat expert. I young man came up to me, clean cut and nice, but he didn't know the product or how to properly sell a bat. He directed me to another employee who had a key, but she knew very little herself. So I stood there and read about how to pick out a bat to fit the person. I found a bat and bought it. Just thought you should spend some time training your people, because you have a nice store and we need it to be successful; as I am sure you'd like it to be. Thanks
