My purpose of going to the store (Total sports Golden Acre Mall) was to collect forms for my workplace for the ladies walk on Woman's day. I asked the consultant for forms and he told me without looking up that I must browse through the forms on the counter. I've told him this and he responded that he doesn't know what forms I'm talking about and continued with his work. I was very upset so I've told him that this is very bad customer service. You cannot tell a customer you do not know and leave them to walk out of your store unsatisfied with no effort to try and find out what they are enquiring about.
