It is the statement of my complaint that the salesman stole the icecream pieces from the cartons and did not supply the complete quantity of Walls Ice Cream. The salesman also misbehaves with me. He blames the staff of the Walls company for the stolen pieces. He said, this is the mistake by the Walls Icecream company end. The shopkeepers are not happy with your Walls distribution setup. The Salesman treats the shopkeeper to return back the chiller/ freezer. This makes the bad reputation for the Walls company especially in Rawalpindi. Last time the salesman accepted the shortage/Stolen of the pieces and put the blame on the Walls company, Kindly solve the dispute, recover my loss due to shortage/stolen pieces by the salesman and improve the behaviour of the salesmen. No body is there to listen the about the complaint of the dealers it is my first experience with Walls Ice Cream. My complaint is that i am new dealer of Walls Ice Cream and there is not any visibility of Walls Ice Cream like price card and advertisement board from last three weeks we are facing lot of problem to sale the ice cream.
