Everyone is fed up pressing 1, 2, 4, 1, 2 etc. My complaint is, today my balance got deducted (to zero )without any valid reason. I have activated my internet pack and validity is till Jan 4. My usage is very less and i do not the reason for the deduction. Both main balance, as well as internet balance. Yesterday night when I checked last time, My main balance was around Rs 60 and internet balance was some 140mb.

My problem has not yet been resolved inspite of repeated complaints. Your Airtel persons concerned are Ms Megha 8971068145 and another person, name I forget, 9972498178. Issue here is theynhave taken rupees 300 from me with a promise of migration to post paid from prepaid. Thisnhappened on 19th of this month. Till now nothing happened. They do not even answer my calls. I want this matter to be escalated and solution found. They are fraudsters to be severely dealt with.
