I have recently opened new Joint Account in SBI - Pathardi Phata Branch (Newly opened) after vigours follow up with your officials. After opening an account, we have do the follow up to join the name of my wife (though the initially I have applied for Joint Account). Now, against we have to do the follow up to get the pin number From bank after receipt of Debit Card. Please note that, here, after visiting to your branch to get the pin, we have to ask to search our name in the Book / Register and then only your officials will give the Pin. Is it the Job of Customer of Bank Officials? Even the Branch Manager is not co-operative and giving arrogance answers and not even listening the problem and asked us to check your name in the Register? I am really upset the services provided by SBI. I have opened my account with the hope that I will get very good service from such a Nationalized Bank. I hope, you will understand the problem and resolve the issue.

I am having home loan from your bank my home loan account number is 32111053245. My monthly EMI is RS 25000, I use to pay 3Lac rupees per annum towards the home loan. I had download the PROVISIONAL HOME LOAN INTEREST CERTIFICATE through net banking, but it is not giving the incorrect amount. It shows 181650 as total payment towards home which is incorrect.
