I Mr. Somesh Aski user of idea from many years, last year i converted in to Tata Docomo and was not happy with there service, so i converted it back to idea, and it was activated today itself, but before activation my balance was more than 130 rs. in tata Docomo sim and when converted to idea it was zero and when i contacted tata Docomo customer they said that idea is responsible for this deduction of balance 130 rupees as card is converted in to idea. i am extremely disappointed by this. kindly look in to the matter. hope you will do need full and return my balance of 130 rs.

Have used self number 510*38 for roaming facility on 21st November 2014. Since there was no message, I again done the same, presumed that it was not activated. After that when I checked my balance, it was clear that my account has been debited twice for the same activation. Since I was not aware of that I didn't complain.
