9. 58 in the morning. No one picked up the phone. It kept on ringing. I had placed an order for gas cylinder two days ago, yesterday the delivery guy came and left the receipt at the door and went back and reported that thwre is no one and now the order is cancelled saying that the consumer is out of town. When i called up the local distributor i was told that I'll have to place the order again since its cancelled and wait for two more days. I have only one cylinder and cant wait for two more days. My Name is Prasad. I booked gas cylinder and once i call and inquired in agency in Dombivli (w), they told that after 4/5 days you will get the cylinder. Next day they will came with cylinder and my home was locked and they will not give the receipt too. Next day i call the agency they told that the booked the cylinder was cancelled and rebook the gas. It is possible. Please give me reply.

While inquired from the distributors, (Harjas Gas Services, Ulhas Nagar) replied very rude. While asking the name to whom presently, i am talking to. The reply was "Naam nahin batate".
