Hello,
I am Nehal , I am facing problem in my WiFi connectivity since 4months. I called up Mr. S. T. Yadav Several number of time. He visited my place saying that there is fault in my wire. I changed. Again i was stuck there. Next time he came up saying there is fault in my modem. I changed my modem spent Rs. 2500/- Still stuck on the same place. I am disappointed with hiMr. S. T. Yadav's attitude. If i call from my number he doest not answer my call, on the same time if i call from other number he is available. He reply with very rude language. Waiting for your revert. I am simplily wasting my money on MTNL. If my issue is not solved i am going to take serice action. You may contact me on 9004077646. Please mention you received my Message through this complaint. Registered for New broadband connection and after three days two persons came for connection with wire only, they didn't even fixed it to my home and left the wire hanging inside. When i asked to make proper wiring they rudely told me that we do not do that. They didn't have clipping also neither telephone for testing and even they didn't provide the D. P box for connection. He asked me for all instruments, instead they should come with that as it's their job. There MTNL technical staff are all uneducated, very rude and do not care about customers. Such a bad service.
