I have an existing telephone number and filled up a for broadband connection. I have paid the security money for broadband and for a WiFi modem on 8/4/2016. There has been no response from BSNL. No one has come for the broadband connection. Their Toll free system has no provision for new connections and there is no number anywhere so that you can talk directly to any of the complaint cells. No wonder people are shifting towards private companies.
