My postpaid internet connection, customer no-7489977807, is out of order. I had asked for a new wifi with same information and same plan. I have used your services for last five years. I was told that I shall have to go for a new plan. I did not want to. I have posted my complaints "customercare@relianceada.com". But no response till today except repeated telephone calls for bill payment. I donot want to continue with this internet service. This service is to be terminated immediately. One executive in Calcutta rang me up and asked me to continue with a new 4G wifi. I was told to contact city care solution, bhopal for lodging complaint. I do not want to avail any internet services from you. I am not using it since March, 2016. I shall be thankful.

9165255028, This is my Postpaid number and I got some problems with my number. I contacted to Indrapuri, Bhopal Customer cares, but i did not get any help from them. I want to know my Data plans, SMS plans, Minutes Plans. If I do not know anything about my plans, then how will i use and stay connected with Reliance. I have visited to these local customer cares at least five to six times. I tried more than fifty times to contact with the Reliance Customer care numbers (*222, *333, 198, 18602002011), but it did not even connect to them. The Local customer care told me to download the app called "INSTACARE". What is the use of the customer care if there is no help given to the customers. Customers are frustrated to go these Local Indrapuri Customer care. I wanted to generate my porting number, but it also did not generate. Now it is my last and ultimate option to terminate my number and take some other company's number. Thank you.
