Due to cable problem, the lines were cut and some numbers have been rectified during this month. Still more connections are to be rectified. This is not being attended since month. 2. I receives on 23. 5. 2016 SMS from BSNL : STV will expire on25. 05. 2016. To renew please send SMS with Text "STVSUB PTPRA88 " to 123. When same SMS was sent, the reply was : Dialed Access Code is wrong. Kindly dial the correct Access Code. three When redialed same Access Code, the respnse was : All voice calls in home 50pps for per minutePlan and 0. eight pps for per second plan

The change of plans and rates is causing us problems. Then, there is no easy way to get plan renewed. The Aceess Code shoud be made simplified and workable. Please provide email address on which we can easily submit our problems
