Two times I registered a complaint to Hathway Customer care number 1800223337, got the complaint numbers 15084485 dated 8-Dec and 15090870 dated 9-Dec. Each time, next day of the complaint registration, I got the complaint closure message on my mobile without doing anything. The problem remained as it is. So on next day 10-Dec-15, I tried another Customer care number from internet information- 02402483555. The person on other side gave me another number to call upon- 02406646000. I got no response from this number. My account number is 1265900. I have the problem of my broadband internet connection. Either the webpages do not get open or if open, open very slowly. There is continuous problem since last two to three weeks. Please arrange the visit of Service engieer to rectify the problem.
