THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINTWe have booked our flight from Hyderabad to Kochi on 3rd July 2015. Originally we are coming from Abu Dhabi by Oman Air to Hyderabad. This sector we have 30kg baggage allowance, but from Hybd-COK we have only 15kg allowance. My question is, what is the excess baggage rate for the sector Hyderabad-Kochi and is there any special promotion in July. Thank you so much for your assistance.

I made a small mistake while entering the fourth name(my son's name). Instead of Hemanth singh mahesh Kumar singh, I entered as Hemanth mahesh Kumar singh. I missed singh after Hemanth. I called to the customer care number. They told me that request has been sent to concerned authorities as ticket did not include singh after Hemanth still, I am scared if there will be any problem while traveling. I would like to bring the following lines for your kind attention.I had booked a ticket(Chennai to and from Singapore)on 22-07-13.The onward travel for Chennai-S'pore was scheduled on 04-10-13,the return travel for S'pore-Chennai was scheduled on 14-10-13.I made all the payments.But I was informed at Indigo Counter that I have not paid Rs.9072.Finally I paid cash on 4th October again.Then I requested them to reschedule my travel to 5th October because of one digit of Passport number missing in e-visa.I was harrassed like anything at the Indigo counter in Chennai Airport.I spoke with customer care on 5th October morning thereby requesting them to reschedule my travel for 8th October onward and 18th October return journey as I am unable to get Visa on 5th Oct.Then I visited the Indigo website to reschedule for the above mentioned dates and I booked the ticket and got confirmation through mail/sms, but Cstomer care Exec told that I would not be able to board the flight on 8th Oct.Plz do needful.My mob-07894407567

I have booked the ticket online today, but I need to change the time of arrival in Dubai.
By default it took 8.30 a.m in the morning, but I need to change it as 6.35 p.m in the evening kindly change the same and do the needful.
Also i had added infant name to my ticket, but It is not showing in my ticket could you please check and confirm on the same.

I am yet to realise the refund money due to my cancellation of flight ticket vide reference number HSS2AR. I spoke at 04 43557355 on 30.06.13 and a lady by name Tripali confirmed that the amount has been credited to my CC on 20.06.13. If my bank has noit realised teh amoiunt, she asked me to inform again to speak to Indigo head office, but then from yesterday till now no body answers the telephone call an d I am fed up. If this mail can evoke somebody's response and redress my complaint, I will be thankful.
