Is reliance company providing such schemes or its fake

My name is Anubhav Prakash , I sold my Suzuki celerio car to my friend, he took the car loan from Reliance Capital, after providing the loan they promised to get the RC converted and sent to us Via RTO, its been three months since we have been following up for the same, we have not received any response to any of the emails sent, when calling the customer care they say they will call back with the confirmation, we have gotten nowhere yet, Now, I am left with no other option, but to file a consumer case on Reliance Capital, this will be the last complain sent out, if the issue not taken care of within 24-48hrs I will be forced to take help of the consumer court to get the RC from Reliance Capital.

Dear Mr. Anil, i, johan de villiers applied for a loan in Pretoria SA at Reliance finance for N$150 000.00 which were approved, loan app number HNc000092. i had to pay over R5410.00 for an insurance policy which were stolen by the lady supposed to get the insurance policy, unfortunatly i had no other choice than to make a case of fraud against your company (cr 358/07/2013) which will be handed over to interpol, the supposedly director Ross Baker does not speek to me or answer my mails in this regard. can you assist me in this matter.
