I ORDERED U4J6R1 (rs. 1130) last 9th October till now no response no refund money so many time called customer care my phone calling money waste. Customer care staff Mr. Pandiyarajan (044-61607080) done a mistake he take a money in online payment, but he did not delivery Samsung guru black colour mobile. Mr. Pandiyarajan said OK I will refund the money in your account till now he did not refund money so many customer care person called me wait I will refund the money in two day like this only saying. i am a resseller of justdial from 2010 registered in coimbatore my reseller ID is 2566611/22, i do not concentrate in data entries, but i collect cheques often, a person called priyanka the reseller co ordinator doesn't give proper response didn't process my commisions for the cheques which i collected and gave, actually i was cheated, after that she said she won't give me calls for collecting cheques,
next is jeevitha executive in Chennai rang up and. Asked to collect a cheque on 21/1/2014, she was texting and calling till she got the cheque in hand after that no response from her also, i need to know is this a fraudulance technique through phone to make us roam and adding up revenue to their pocket by sitting in one place. I need to know the right person to contact for this issue.
