my number 9992843034 is out off network. I was pay bill Rs. 547 on 12. 07. 16. Please check the detail of my network number. My number is out of network 15. 07. 16 and I call TATA Docomo agent Mr. Amit Gill mobile number Is 9056118708. But Mr. Amit Gill not work proper. ten days my work was totally down. My any work not proper without my SIM network. I have not any transcation online. I am already unhappy this network. I futher request that i want my number is on date 25. 07. 16
I will hope my SIM network proper work today. I warn TATA Docomo care, chandigarh that I will go Consumer Court.

I am holding a prepaid number 8699637986 in the name of Ajay Kumar Sapehia. I had recharged my number with Rs 999/- in the month of Oct, 2014 under special offer wherein I was entitled for one GB data upto 05. 01. 2015 and Rs. 999/- was for lifetime. Till 19. 12. 2014 my internet was working properly and balance was being shown as Rs. 948/-,, but today to my utter surprise and shock my balance is being shown as zero and internet has also stopped working. I contacted a number of times on customer care number, without getting any satisfactory reply., Not only this I purchased the same from Sec 37 Chandigarh and even I visited your Sec 37 Chandigarh office, but they ignored my request by saying that they attend to only post paid numbers and not prepaid numbers. Only customer care center can resolve your complaint. I am totally disgusted with your services. Please look into my grievance and let me know as to how my balance has been reduced to ZERO.
