Hello my name is Bethany Leamey I visited your store in Braintree mass and was going to purchase a mattress it was 800 dollars which is a lot of money for my family your sales associate treated me in such a manner to make me feel less than telling me the king size mattress that I wanted was used by little kids in there bunkbeds I do not care if the sale was 200 or 2000 I should be treated in a respectful comfortable manner and do not appreciate being made to feel less than I heard wonderful things about your company I did call your Natick store and spoke with an associate dj and he was wonderful I have not purchased the mattress as of yet and probably will, but this is not sitting right with me at alland should not with you either.

I purchased a sofa and tables and the sofa is the worst piece of crap I have ever purchased. I have tried numerous times to get someone to replace this and am told number I will never shop here again and I will be sure to post on social medial and to all friends and family to never shop here again.

I bought a beautiful recliner in your Raynham store. I liked it so much i ordered another one. The second one came with a rip in back and a spring problem. The part of the chair that holds your legs has no cushion and doesnt hold up your legs.Its not the full padded chair that I originally bought. I called Raynham customer service and told them I am not satisfied. I already had to have a technician once on a new chair. I want a new chair. The difference in chairs is signifigant. Customer service in Raynham was rude.If I want to go back to Jordan furniture, that was my choice. Not happy at all.
