I just bought a Blistex Medicated Lip Balm from a grocery store (Ocean's) in Brampton, ontario, Canada and I didn't notice the scratch marks on the container, when I tried to open it, it was completely sealed, I didn't think much of it until my husband pried it open with a knife, what we found inside was the piece of paper that is usually attached at the bottom, the container was completely empty of any balm, i was very disappointed because it's the only lip balm I use for a Canadian winter, I do have pictures to prove, I would like for someone to get in touch with me regarding this, as there might be may more out there. I recently purchased a Raspberry Lemonade Blast lip balm and when I opened the package the tube was empty. It appeared to me that it must've skipped the "filling" step, because the outer cardboard box was sealed shut. I unfortunately discarded my original receipt and cannot return to the store without one. Can you help? Thank you in Advance.
