I have been e-mailing Expedia now for over a month with regards to a cancelled trip. My cancellation was due to a change in an eye operation I was to have in Taiwan in December 2017. My operation was postponed so I cancelled an fully insured trip. The itinerary number was 7313384847006. I asked you Hong Kong agent to keep the airfare on deposit and I would use when I rebooked. When I did rebook my flight I had no time to follow up on my deposit and bought a new ticket, hotel and insurance. Once I was back in Mongolia I sent a request to Expedia to re-fund the airfare from the booking I cancelled. I have been sending e-mails every week for a month now and am not getting a response. I am really upset Expedia. I tried to book a flight out of Puerto Rico on September five, 2017. My son CALLED the Hacienda Juanita hotel and told them to CANCEL the room. On April 13, 2018, I booked a room at the Ala Moana Hotel, Honolulu, Oahu. I was given a room that was connected on the LSI Resort making it privately owned. When I got to the room, it was filthy. I contacted LSI and we got the problem resolved and I was told that I would be getting my refund from Expedia and would be notified by email. That was two weeks ago. The refund is due to the fact that I had to get another room and paid for it since we could not reach the owner to get maid service for the filthy room. Still waiting to hear from you.6375

Im still waiting to hear from the albatross boat tour. I paid $204. 00 and never seen the boat. Expedia was suppose to contact them to change pick up point from coco bongo to the royal islander, this did not happen. My plane leaves today headed back home. Please work on my refund.
