The Education society of Kisan PG College – Ghaziabad Simbhaoli in collaboration with Simbhaoli Sugar Mills, Simbhaoli and sincere efforts of the region not only laid the foundation stone of the college a unique combination of teh industrial and educational revolution but also helped inn socioeconomic development. Beginning as Junior High School, it became High School in 1950; an Intermediate College (1952) and Degree College (1956) affiliated to Agra University, Agra with Arts and Agriculture Faculties with untiring efforts and devotion of the great Philanthropist Kunwar Veerandra Singh Dhana who offered Rs. 1.25 lakh from his side.
Kisan PG College – Ghaziabad is fully fledged approved center for perusing research leading to Ph.D. Degree in Botany, Chemistry, and Ag. Botany, Ag. Chemistry, A.H. and Dairying. Horticulture, Agronomy and Geography. 12 Scholars in Botany, 20 in Ag. Botany, 2 in A.H. and Dairying and 5 in Geography have been awarded Ph.D. Degree. More than 50 scholars are pursuing research and 20 have completed their dissertations in different inter disciplines. Minor and major projects financed by U.G.C. New Delhi has been completed in Botany and a major project is still in progress in Geography. Research papers have been published in National and International Journals of repute. Kisan PG College – Ghaziabad is proud of maintaining high standard in teaching, research, sports and all other extracurricular activities and also in providing congenial atmosphere for all around development of the students. Kisan PG College – Ghaziabad has got well- equipped laboratories, library and reading- room catering to the requirements of the intellectuals. The college has been marching ahead on the path of progress with thaw distinction of unbroken record of socio- cultural development. The number of students has gone up significantly. In the forgoing session more than 2000 students were enrolled.
This year too, more than the said enrolment is expected. To cope with the requirement of increasing number of students the college has extended its library building. A new campus at the college farm well on roadside has also been developed. Another similar wing for Arts faculty as well as a new library building has been constructed with the financial support of U.G.C. New Delhi at the new campus.
Kisan PG College – Ghaziabad offers different kind of bachelor and master courses leading to different streams. Library of Kisan PG College – Ghaziabad possesses well-equipped library and ample reading room fitted with electric fans and lights, also for the use beyond college hours. The Library contains books on various subjects. It adds books to a value of more than Rs. one lakh per year. The Library subscribes for a large variety of newspapers, periodicals and journals both for general and specialized study. The library is under the charge of qualified and library staff.

NCC facility of Kisan PG College – Ghaziabad military training is provided to the college students under the scheme of N.C.C. One Platoon is attached to this college under this scheme. Physically and mentally fit students are selected to take military training every year. Career Corner of Kisan PG College – Ghaziabad as per order of the C.C.S. University, Meerut a Career - Corner has been established under the supervision of a committee headed by Dr. N.A. Chaudhary (Jan Sampark Adhikari) who will guide the student regarding their career and different types of vocational courses. A Separate Notice-Board has put for this purpose.
