Luther College has a long history of training. The school has a extensive multiplicity of sports vacant including football, golf, volleyball, soccer, basketball, baseball, curling, hockey, cross country running, track and field, and softball. The school is also habitat to L.I.T. (Luther Invitational Tournament), one of the longest-running basketball tournaments in Western Canada. L.I.T. has been held annually in February since 1953. Luther as mass team has played in every L.I.T. except one, winning four titles in 1953, 1984, 1990 and 2006, correspondingly. The high school's AAA football team succeeded city and regional titles in 1993 and 2005. In 2010, the Luther Lions won the 5A Regina Basketball City Championships.

Infrastructure: Luther College - Regina opened the doors to its new academic and dwelling buildings on the University of Regina campus in 1971. The $2 000 000 constitution was built on the periphery of the campus beside Wascana Lake. With residence rooms for over 200 students, a library, a chapel-auditorium, classrooms, offices, lounges and a canteen, the College was prepared and eager to serve university students from first-year registration to fourth-year convocation.
