MET Institute of Pharmacy - MET IOP Mumbai was established in the year 1993 with the two-year Diploma programme in Pharmacy (D. Pharm.) recognized by the Directorate of Technical Education. The four-year Bachelor's programme in Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) was started in the year 1994. The MET IOP is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi.

Apart from academic curriculum, our policy has been to provide value based education and to expose the hidden potential in the students. Our students have free access to the computer facilities and are provided with LCD projector in the class room for their seminar presentation.

Founder of MET Institute of Pharmacy - MET IOP Mumbai a qualified mechanical/ electrical engineer whose political and social career spans four decades during which he has held number of high ranking civic and political posts such as the Mayor of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation as well as Deputy Chief Minister of the Govt. of Maharashtra. His passion for nation building has impelled him to set up the MET League of Colleges. Presently, Mr. Bhujbal is a senior Cabinet Minister in the Govt. of Maharashtra.
