Marthandam College of Engineering and Technology – MACET Kanyakumari is located in College Road, Kuttakuzhi, Veeyannoor Post, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu. Library of College has a well-stacked automated central library consisting of books, journals, CDs and newspapers and e-library.Every student is a member of the library and can have free and open access to and can borrow all books, journals and newspapers. CDs can also be borrowed for home viewing. There is a spacious and well-furnished Reading Room in the Library. The Reading Room provides the students with National and International Journals, Technical and Non Technical Magazines, Weeklies, Dailies and Newspaper. The students are free to make use of their leisure time by utilizing the precious materials available in the Library and Reading Room.
Hostel facility of Marthandam College of Engineering and Technology – MACET Kanyakumari offers comprehensive hostel facilities within the campus. We understand that most of our students are moving away from home for the first time, so we strive to make the transition as smooth as possible by offering comfortable and safe hostels within the campus, providing a homely atmosphere. MACET offers separate magnificent hostels for boys and girls with hostel warden in each hostel to supervise day to day management. All the rooms have been designed to provide adequate moving space and ample air and light. Each hostel has its own mess providing hygienic and nutritious meals three times a day. The menu is designed to cater to a range of taste buds. Marthandam College of Engineering and Technology – MACET Kanyakumari makes the best possible efforts to provide the best of services and facilities within the hostels. To make the stay of the students a pleasant one they are constantly involved by organizing various events, activities and celebrations within the hostels. Various sports and cultural clubs have been made for the students to enhance their participation and knowledge.

A large modern kitchen with steam cooking is attached to the mess hall. A modern bakery and ice-cream are attached to the mess. There is a separate floor one each for Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian in the Canteen to dine.

The college has very good play ground and facilities for sports and games like Cricket, Volley ball, Football, Shuttle and Ball badminton, Chess, Carrom, Fencing etc. The college have gained a reputation for preparing and encouraging good sportsmen. Many students represent the University in various sports and games. A few students of the college have excelled and become National level sportsmen.
